LCL Holding is a dynamically growing group of logistics companies, which over the course of a decade has evolved from a one-person initiative of Agata and Mateusz Oleksiejuk into a modern operational structure, providing comprehensive forwarding, logistics and warehousing services to customers in the European market.

Shareholders of LCL Holding
LCL Holding’s ownership structure is made up of individuals directly involved in the development and management of the group’s strategic business areas.
Mateusz Oleksiejuk, founder and major shareholder, has led the development of LCL Holding for more than a decade, responsible for the vision, expansion and implementation of state-of-the-art solutions in the field of logistics and freight forwarding.
In 2025, Katarzyna Kwiatkowska joined the ranks of shareholders, taking a share in the holding structure. Her involvement is an important step towards the further professionalisation of management, the expansion of strategic competences and the strengthening of LCL Holding’s position in the European market.
The ownership partnership is based on a shared vision of long-term growth, investment in innovation and building value for the group’s customers, employees and stakeholders.

New appointment at LCL Holding – Magdalena Woźniak named Director of Marketing and IT.
Magdalena Woźniak, President of the Management Board of Harvey Scott Agency sp. z o.o., has been appointed Director of Marketing and IT, opening a new chapter in the communication and technological development of LCL Holding.
Her appointment is the result of strategic cooperation between Harvey Scott Agency – an expert consulting agency with over 20 years of experience in brand creation and implementation – and LCL Holding. The partnership will involve comprehensive marketing activities covering both companies belonging to the holding and external clients.
Magdalena Woźniak brings over 20 years of experience and extensive expertise in brand strategy, market research, and brand design to the team. Her extensive expertise is confirmed by many years of cooperation with brands such as Dino, Kaufland, Altax, Koło, Briju, Big Star, Sony, Skoda, Volvo, Herbapol, Manta, Lovio Home, Poznańska Palarni Kawa Astra, Echo Investment, and many others.
She is the author of effective strategies for introducing new brands to the market, confirmed by numerous awards, including the Consumer Laurel – Discovery of the Year 2025, Women’s Brand of the Year – Discovery of the Year 2025, Art Packaging Award, as well as nominations in prestigious industry competitions. Her competence and effectiveness are also confirmed by numerous references from clients for whom she has successfully built and developed brands.
Supervision of the department’s activities and all cooperation between Harvey Scott Agency and LCL Holding will be exercised by Katarzyna Kwiatkowska – a shareholder of LCL Holding, who has been associated with Harvey Scott Agency for many years in the implementation of strategic branding, marketing, and development projects. Her experience in managing complex business processes and coordinating activities between entities guarantees the consistency and effectiveness of the solutions implemented.
The creation of a joint Marketing and IT Department is a strategic step in building the group’s competitive advantage and an expression of a long-term approach to brand development in a dynamic, digital environment. The combination of the competencies, knowledge, and resources of both parties enables the creation of an integrated center of expertise that supports both companies within the holding and external clients who expect a comprehensive approach to building and transforming their brand.
